Erin Legault is a
first-time author with a Master’s degree in Educational Counselling (M.Ed). A
member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), she
has over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, primarily working
with youth and specializing in suicide intervention. With this
book, Erin introduces and shares a simple yet often overlooked concept,
presenting it in an accessible and approachable manner for all. In her
personal life, Erin resides in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada, with her kiddo,
Sawyer, her 13-year-old husky-cattle dog mix, Colby, a baby calf named
Huckleberry, and her husband extraordinaire, Luke. In her free time, you can
often find her around the campfire, planning events, and she’ll one day,
finally figure out how to use her telescope.
